4:00 pm – 4:30 pm
Drive past the Chattanooga Choo Choo Main Terminal. Parking is available in front and behind the Hotel Chalet at a rate of $18 per night (includes in-and-out privileges).
Ceremony
4:30 pm – 5:00 pm
Held outdoors beneath the arbor. We’ve chosen to share our vows privately. In place of traditional readings, we’ll share heartfelt poetry.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Mingle with fellow guests in the Caboose Courtyard while the wedding party prepares for the reception.
Reception
6:00 pm – 11:00 pm
A four-course dinner served family style with red wine. Vegan options available upon request. Following dinner, both the dance floor and the bar will open!

Questions & Answers
What do I wear?
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Coordinating with the color palette below is encouraged for guests, but not required.
Can I bring a plus one?
In order to maintain an intimate experience, plus ones will only be available if indicated on your invitation.
Can I bring my kids?
No, our wedding will be a child free event. As much as we love your little ones, they are not permitted to attend; enjoy a child free night with us.
Will there be food?
Yes. We will be serving a four-course, family style meal for dinner including a soup/salad, entree, side, and dessert around 6pm.
Will there be drinks?
Yes. There will be a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony, where beer and seltzers will be available from the caboose. Following the reception dinner, enjoy an open bar on us!
